Is there a MOQ (minimum order quantity) Requirement?
The minimum order requirement $25 minimum in product cost *before* taxes and shipping costs are calculated.
Do you ship internationally?
We export to most countries globally on a regular basis. While our e-commerce site supports the United States and Canada only, we can export the majority of our products internationally. We accept international payments by wire only. Please submit a Contact Form for more information regarding international orders and shipping options.
How long does it take for an order to process before shipping?
We strive to provide the best coffee and we want to ensure our customers receive their orders as fresh as possible. We roast to order, so orders received throughout the week will be roasted and packaged on Saturday-Sunday and we will begin shipping that following Monday. We do not store roasted coffee.
Monico Coffee ships via USPS Monday – Friday. Please note, these carriers observe most national holidays which may affect shipping times.

What is the shelf life of roasted coffee beans?
Freshly roasted whole coffee beans can last up to a year in a sealed package. Once the package is opened it should be consumed within a month to retain the most aroma and flavor. Roasted coffee beans won’t necessarily go bad after one month, but flavor and aroma degrade over time. Ground coffee will lose flavor and aroma faster than whole bean. There is no hard rule for when to consume coffee after roasting. Each coffee is different, and some are best consumed two (2) weeks after roasting and some are best one month after roasting.
Where do you source your coffee?
We support sustainable agriculture and farmers that specialize in the world of coffee. Through hand selected farmers and co-operatives established globally, we source direct from farms or producers if possible and we also source from importers that works very closely with each coffee producer. There are thousands of different coffees and multiple processing methods, and we try to explore all of them, from South America, Africa, and Indonesia to name a few.
What roast levels are your coffee beans roasted to?
We understand that coffee is not one roast fits all! We offer a variety of roasts from light, medium, dark and anywhere in between. There is not a one size fits all roast profile. Every coffee is different and every roast is approached differently based on the green coffee.
Do you offer ground coffee?
Yes. We offer both whole bean and ground coffee. We prefer to sell whole bean. Everyone’s palate is different, and one grind size does not fit all. We prefer the customer to grind the coffee to their preference. Whole bean coffee will maintain its flavor profile and stay fresh longer than ground coffee. In a perfect coffee brewing world, we suggest the customer grinds the coffee right before each brew.
Do you sell decaf options?
Yes. We understand that not everyone wants a caffeine kick but still wants to enjoy an amazing cup of coffee.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Our fulfillment team works diligently to complete orders quickly and accurately once they’ve been placed to ensure you receive coffee at its freshest! For this reason we cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations can be processed once an order is submitted, though we will do our best to assist you.
